got a direct sales company? Got questions about your party this weekend??? need a specific game? well let me just say, and i am not tooting my own horn, but i am full of knowlege and want to share it!!! So comon. I am waiting on a good DS question...... just remember they can't be company specific........
here is a common one to get the ball rolling.....
What do i do when i get that first lead for reqruiting???
NUMBER ONE, Don't over whelm them from the start of the conversation..... send them off with a catalog and a little information..... a pile of papers can be overwhelming even to you. why would you want them to feel that way.
This is one business that the golden rule....... youknow do unto others....... that applys to DS so much more than most realize.... its how strong consultants tend to work their business. if you were at a homeshow for say {pampered chef}
the consultant just finished her cooking show, and you asked a question about an item or the recipe that she used and got ignored, then she didn't follow the rule. by rights out of spite, you would ignore her from that moment forward. and send word out that she isn't a good consultant.
turn it around........ asked the question, got the answer, great answer at that. you no longer fit in the upset and following the spite and gut feeling of ignoring her and telling all of your friends that weren't there about it negatively....... it turns to a positive.
Positivity is another key to the DS biz. I can even sum this one up in a few words suprisingly enough.... and here they are.
POSITIVITY IS CONTAGIOUS, EXCITEMENT IS CONTAGIOUS, HAPPINESS IS CONTAGIOUS, NEGATIVITY IS CONTAGIOUS!!!!!!
you see the last one verses the first....... IT MATTERS!!!!
and very relevant!
