It doesn't matter if you have multiple companies or one company. In order to succeed you need to set a goal. Try to set goals that are realistic, but that also are a little stretch of what you think you can do. If you think you can average a $200 week, why not try for $225 or $250?
Now, how do you set a goal? You decide what you want, a car? the electricity bill paid? a trip to the Bahamas? What's in YOUR future? Now, set a goal to make it happen.
Here's an example:
With Company A, in one month I want to: __________________
- in order to do that, each week I must: ___________________
- in order to meet my weekly goal, each day I must: __________
Repeat for each company in which you're striving for success.
Is there a special something you want? Get a picture and stick it on the refrigerator. Every time you see it, you'll want to work toward that goal.
For example: I have a friend who wanted a Cessna for her husband. She took a picture from a magazine, taped it to the refrigerator. Every time she went to get a drink or fix dinner, she thought of something (a task) she needed to do to be able to buy that Cessna. Then, as soon as possible (usually the same day), she'd perform some task, whether it was calling a hostess, encouraging a team member, etc., to reach her goal. It only took her a year to bring in enough extra money to pay for it. Her husband's birthday present was a Cessna!!! What a lucky guy!!
So it IS possible to reach for the moon!! You know, even if you fail, you'll land among the stars.
If you want to succeed and don't know quite what to do, please contact your sponsor to get a little guidance. You can contact me too, even if I'm not your sponsor. Watching (and helping!) someone reach their goals is very rewarding.
So, grab pen and paper, and get to writing!!
