Inquiring minds want to know. Do you use Traffic Exchanges? Do they work for you? Should someone (me?) make a list of those that work (if they do?)

Traffic Exchanges . . . I've used one one time and didn't see much of an increase in traffic, but did see an increase in spam so I never really researched any others.
I would definately be more interested in hearing what others think about Traffic Exchanges.

I just got an email on the one I joined yesterday. It seems that AdSense doesn't allow you to use traffic exchanges if you have the AdSense ads on the site. I wasn't aware of this. So...I have deleted the account. Don't want to take the chance of losing my account over something that just might not work all that well.
I was also concerned (after thinking about it) that someone might have a site in the exchange with a virus or trojan that would download. Has anyone had any experience like that? I quit doing the paid to read emails for just that reason. I am certain that the one I was using was a good one and hated to quit.
I would be interested in hearing others opinions and experiences.

I am an Admin on NTC, the forum for Traffic Bunnies, where I have a pro account. For me, the traffic exchanges have been worth it, but I must admit the only one I have experience with is TB. Check it out if you so desire... www.trafficbunnies.com/?r=58310

Before I jump back into the traffic exchanges, I need to take a hard look at my AdSense rules and regs.
I did use them several years ago, but ran into problems with one unethical one. Plus, several had problems with allowing sites that downloaded trojans.
Don't get me wrong! I know that there are lots of good ones. Just need to figure out if they are what I need to do. I could take the AdSense off of the site I want to use, but still...need to do that research before I jump in again.
